I am passionate about inspiring and educating people about holistic health and wellness. My main focus is to empower my patients to take control of their health, facilitate positive changes and improve their quality of life.

My approach, as a naturopath is similar to that of a detective and starts by taking a detailed case history, utilising when necessary the latest functional and medical testing as well as evidence-based research to bring it all together and put in place a holistic plan to maximise long-term health outcomes.

At 18, I left my hometown to study in a bigger city and graduated with a Business Administration Diploma and a Master degree in Human Ressources. I worked many years in the recruitment area and gained a really valuable work experience that still serves me today.

Interviewing hundreds of people, I gained a comprehensive knowledge of various business processes, but more than that, I had the privilege to listen to some many life stories, the ups and downs, dreams, hopes... I loved being able to have this connection with people and I had a real commitment in helping them finding a job.

My Story - Estelle Zito

I grew up in South of France, in Provence, on an organic farm located in the middle of a large forest. 50 years ago, my parents used to teach people about organic farming, the preservation of ancient varieties of fruits and vegetables and they also used to run workshop about fermentation, how to identify and use medicinal plants or how to make sourdough bread to name a few. Our magical place was used for yoga retreats and was considered a safe haven by many, included myself.

Then one day, as much as I liked my job, I realised I needed a break from this corporate world. I took a year off to travel the world and had a breakthrough!

I grew up immersed in nature, with a strong connection to medicinal plants and amazing organic foods from the garden.  This love for plants and foods has always been part of me.

As far as I can remember, I've always collected and devoured countless books on medicinal plants, natural beauty products, herbal teas, super foods, vitamins, wholefood cooking, yoga, anything in relation to natural healing.

I had to find a way to connect my love for helping people and my passion for herbal medicine and nutrition. Working as a naturopath was so obvious then. Every single modality of the diploma captured everything I loved.

I enrolled myself at Nature Care College in 2014 and I haven't looked back since.

I can say that working today as a naturopath resonates deeply as a true calling.
